澳门银银河app下载网址’s NHMs are isolated from neonatal (NHM-CRY-NEO) or adult (NHM-CRY-AD) donor tissue and cryopreserved. When cultured in NHM-GM Growth Medium according to the 澳门银银河app下载网址 NHM protocol, our melanocytes are guaranteed to have ≥ 75% viability upon thaw and to provide ≥ 12 population doublings. NHMs are characterized by their dendritic morphology and expression of MEL-5.
